Impact of Changing an Assignment Status

Use this page to learn what happens to the due date and pacing when changing the status of the assignment.

Assigned	Graded	The Update Score page appears for the educator to enter a grade and save it. The Date field is changed to the date the assignment was graded by the teacher. Assigned	Not Started	If no attempts have occurred, the status now shows as Not Started. If attempts have occurred, the status cannot be changed to Not Started.	The original Due Date does not change.	None. No rescheduling of remaining assignments occurs.
Assigned	Skipped	The assignment does not have to be completed by the student and is not factored into any scoring calculation for the unit.
