Use this page to archive a parent or guardian's account.
Note
Once an account has been archived and is past the grace period, it cannot be reactivated and the email address associated with that account cannot be used for future accounts.
- Click Parents.
- Use the filters to narrow down the list.
- Click Edit next to the parent's account.
- Under User Status, click Archived.
- Click Save.
