Putting a Parent Account On Hold

Use this page to put a parent or guardian's account in on hold status. 

 

  1. Click Parents.

  2. Use the filters to narrow down the list.

  3. Click Edit next to the parent's account.

  4. Under User Status, click On Hold.

  5. Click Save.
