Activating a Parent's Account

Use this page to change a parent or guardian's account to an active status. 

  1. Click Parents.

  2. Use the filters to narrow down the list.

  3. Click Edit next to the parent's account.

  4. Under User Status, click Active.

     Note

    The Login Enabled box will automatically check with this action.

  5. Click Save.
